My IT career began modestly in 1996, as an enthusiastic intern within a helpdesk support team. As I navigated the landscape of technology organizations, I accumulated a wealth of experience through a spectrum of leadership positions within the financial services sector, including roles as an IT and Contact Center Tech Analyst, IT Manager, Director of Contact Center Technology, VP of Digital Strategy, and ultimately, Chief Information Officer.

Come spring of 2023, my career met an unexpected crossroad, which offered a period of reflection and the realignment of my professional compass. I embarked on a mission to integrate my technical acumen with endeavors that truly ignite my passion. In this introspective journey, I discovered that at the heart of my motivation lies the profound joy I feel when engaging authentically with people. The compelling allure of individual connections, the transformative power of meaningful conversations, and the deep satisfaction derived from helping others and creating impact are what drive me. My journey has been punctuated by moments - from assisting customers as they navigate technical complexities, collaborating with teammates on projects of significance, or nurturing a vibrant, positive culture within my team - all centered around forging valuable relationships. These interpersonal bonds and the ensuing sense of community have invariably been the cornerstone of my professional fulfilment and success.
