Advisory Practices

    How We Help

Four advisory practices — vCIO & Technology Leadership; Customer Experience & Contact Center Advisory; AI Enablement & Governance; Technology Sourcing & Vendor Advisory — support clearer business decisions. Start with the leadership, customer experience, AI, or vendor decision that needs attention.

What advisory means at Bear IT

Advisory starts with your business requirements, not a product recommendation. We help clarify priorities, evaluate options, document trade-offs, and establish responsibility for the next decision. Your leadership retains final decisions; the written engagement defines our scope and deliverables.

    How an engagement runs

    1. 01

      Understand the situation

Review goals, existing systems, constraints, and stakeholders. Agree the questions the engagement needs to answer.

    2. 02

      Agree scope and responsibilities

Define deliverables, decision owners, commercial terms, and where your team or a provider will carry out the work.

    3. 03

      Evaluate and recommend

Compare options against agreed requirements. Document costs, risks, dependencies, and the recommended next steps.

    4. 04

      Guide the next steps

Support handoffs, governance, and reviews as agreed. Check progress against the objectives and measures you selected.

    Advice, implementation, and ongoing support

    Advisory

Leadership, requirements, evaluation, and governance help you decide what to do and why. An advisory engagement is not automatically a delivery or support contract.

    Implementation

Configuration, migration, development, and deployment need an explicitly agreed scope. Your team, Bear IT, or a selected provider may be responsible, depending on the engagement.

    Managed services

Ongoing operations and support require defined coverage, service levels, and accountable providers. Availability and remedies depend on the relevant written agreement.
