    Cloud & Carrier Status

Live status for Microsoft 365, Google Cloud and AWS, read from each provider's own public feed, plus direct outage checkers for Verizon, Spectrum and Cox.

    Check a carrier outage

Carriers publish no national live feed — each link opens the carrier's own checker

Enter your service address on the carrier's page — that's the only way these three confirm an outage.

We treat US East, US Central and Toronto regions as relevant to a New England workload; incidents named in other regions are listed apart from the headline status.

    Carriers

Verizon, Spectrum and Cox don't publish a public national status feed. Outages are confirmed by service address, so these open each carrier's own checker.

    When a provider goes down

An outage is a test of the decisions made before it. Three questions worth answering now.

    1. 01

      Confirm the scope

Check the provider page and your admin center before your team spends an hour troubleshooting.

    2. 02

      Fail over, don't wait

A second carrier, SD-WAN or cellular backup keeps phones and payments running.

    3. 03

      Hold vendors to terms

Log the impact window. SLA credits are usually claimed, not given.

Status comes from each provider's own public status feed and may lag their internal view. Microsoft's public feed covers consumer Microsoft 365 services; your organization's tenant health is in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Bear IT Group isn't affiliated with these providers, and this board isn't a guarantee of availability.
